Here in Northern Ohio, we had snow in April. One evening after the snow had melted at our house, we visited Water Works Park, where we watch the birds and feed the ducks and geese. Much to our surprise, part of the park was flooded. The Cuyahoga River runs through here, but it had not risen. The cause of the water in the parking lots and grassy areas was due to the huge piles of melting snow. Norman waded through the flood waters to get a photo of the water on the other side of the fence.
